Bale Manipulator Stretch Wrapper

For applications involving bale product (i.e. cloth, hay, etc.) in which total encapsulation is desired, Orion's combination manipulator/stretchwrapper system provides the ability to stretchwrap your product for 6 sided coverage by hydraulically lifting and rotating the product 90 degrees after the first wrap cycle.

Thus, positioning the still uncovered sides for wrapping during the second wrap cycle. No need to sever the film web between cycles! The operator simply attaches the film, wraps the load, manually lifts and rotates the product, then starts the second wrap cycle. Orion's hydraulic manipulator can be applied to any semi-automatic rotary turntable system.
