Orion's Flex RT Series offers superior flexibility and reliability in a rotary tower stretch wrapping system. With a wide range of options, configurations and speeds to choose from, there's an RT model ideal for your specific pallet wrapping application.
The Flex A (Automatic) Turntable Series
Labor is reduced by automating the process of attaching, detaching and pressing the film tail to the load. While the load is being wrapped, the operator remains free to attend to other tasks and stay productive. To wrap a load, the operator simply places the load on the turntable, then pulls a hanging lanyard switch. The Flex A takes care of the rest. Automation keeps your operators busy, productive and efficient.
The Flex D (Deluxe) Turntable Series
The Flex LPD and HPD models have been designed and built with economy, efficiency and safe operation in mind. These stretch wrapping machines will give you all of the features you need to wrap pallet loads quickly and efficiently, using the least amount of stretch film. With several available options like extended base or mast, or 30" film carriage, you can be have your Flex machine built to do exactly what you need it to do.
The Flex E (Economy) Turntable Series
Want to eliminate inconsistent and labor intensive manual hand-wrapping of pallet loads in lower volume applications? The Flex E Series is the solution. Although Flex E machines are designed for less demanding applications, they share many of the same structural and basic features as D and A models.

Flex Series Semi-Automatic Rotary Tower Stretch Wrappers
Our Flex RA Series of semi-automatic rotary systems are commonly used in situations where the load is very heavy, very light or unusually unstable as with type "B" and type "C" loads. Because the film carriage moves around the load on a rotating arm, the load remains stationary and thus is more stable during the wrapping cycle. Also, because loads are placed on the floor, there is no weight limit. In environments that must be periodically washed down, cleaning under the machine is quick and easy.
Orbital Stretch Wrapping Systems
Orion's Constellation Series of orbital stretch wrapping systems are well-suited for wrapping long products that can't be wrapped on conventional turntable or rotary tower machines. The Constellation orbital stretch wrapper is available in a wide variety of configurations including ring sizes from 15" to 90" inches to accommodate a variety of load sizes.
Specialty Stretch Wrapping Systems
Over the years, Orion has been asked to apply our state-of-the-art stretch packaging technology to unique (custom) applications in which standard stretch wrapping systems were not sufficient. As a result, Orion has become known in the industry for being willing and able to provide custom stretch wrapping machines for specialty applications. Some of these custom stretch wrapper systems have, in turn, become standard specialty models through customers that have applied them to their unique applications.
Thus, making custom stretch wrap packaging available to industries that, otherwise, would have continued to rely on other unitizing means such as strapping, corrugated, shrink bundling, etc. With well over 100 years of collective experience in our electrical and mechanical engineering departments alone, Orion has the capabilities to design a custom stretch wrap packaging system for most any application.
