Orion introduces new Sentry entry-level semi-automatic stretch wrapper: July 18, 2011
Orion introduces the Sentry, a value-priced, semi-automatic stretch wrapping machine that provides customers with a quality, entry-level solution that unitizes pallet loads with stretch film for less than $6,999. The Sentry will be unveiled at Pack Expo 2011, September 26-28, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Las Vegas, Booth #1619.

Pro Mach Announces New Ownership by The Jordan Company: July 6, 2011
Pro Mach, Inc. announced today the completion of its acquisition by The Resolute Fund II, L.P., an affiliate of The Jordan Company, from Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tax Incentives Provide Opportunity To Get More Value From Packaging Machinery Purchases: March 14, 2008
The economic stimulus package signed into law February 13 contains two business related tax incentives to encourage capital spending, such as packaging machinery. The tax incentives lower capital purchase costs by providing a bonus depreciation for 2008 and by raising deduction amounts. These incentives are available to all companies, but particularly benefit small and mid-sized companies who have an opportunity to make investments that otherwise would be delayed or impossible to make this year.
