FLEX RTA Rotary Tower Automatic Pallet Wrapper
The Orion FLEX RTA is an automatic rotary tower stretch wrapper designed to increase productivity while reducing operator involvement. The film carriage rotates around a stationary pallet, making it ideal for heavy, lightweight, fragile or unstable loads. With no turntable, loading ramp or maximum load weight capacity, pallets can be placed directly within the wrap zone.
Once started using the standard hanging lanyard, the FLEX RTA automatically attaches the film, completes the programmed wrap cycle, cuts the film and secures the tail. Its structural steel frame, precision ring bearing drive system and floor mounted controls support dependable industrial operation. An optional tower mounted obstacle sensing system provides added protection within the wrapping area.
